Terms and Conditions:

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of at least 10% of the quote is payable two weeks before the event. The balance of the payment is payable on personal delivery of finished discs or before the discs are shipped if being delivered by Royal Mail.

1.2 In the case of two or more clients requesting filming on the same calendar date preference will be given to the first client to pay their deposit.

1.3 The contract drawn up before shooting begins is legally binding between Deep & Meaningful Productions and the client. It is subject to these terms and conditions.

1.4 We will endeavour to accomodate rescheduled events - however this is on condition that the new date/s do not conflict with another prebooked event.

1.5 It is the client's responsibility to obtain permission for filming on location unless previously agreed. Deep & Meaningful Productions will not be held responsibile for coverage lost due to filming restrictions.

1.6 Deep & Meaningful Productions are the excluisive videographers for the event. Whilst we are happy for friends and family to operate personal video cameras it is on the condition that they do not interfere with the professional recording of the event.

1.7 While we value input and suggestions from clients, creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Deep and Meaningful Productions.

1.8 Deep & Meaningful Productions will not be held liable for any production problems outside of our control, eg adverse weather conditions, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests etc.

1.9 Time and method of delivery to be agreed before filming commences.

1.10 Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Deep & Meaningful Productions of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

1.11 All products remaining the property of the production company until the balance of payment has been made in full.

1.12 All or part of this video may be used by Deep & Meaningful Productions for promotional purposes unless it is otherwise agreed before filming begins.

1.13 Clients are responsible for obtaining permission to use any images of the event in the packaging of the product.

1.14 Copyright owned by Deep & Meaningful Productions unless agreed otherwise. This prohibits unauthorised duplication of the film or packaging, whole or in part.
